RESIDENTS

Offering independent shared housing for adults. Evictions and bad credit also accepted . We are currently accepting both emergency and non-emergency housing requests from people and would be delighted to collaborate with private or government social organizations to help those in their care who might benefit from a stable living environment, support in developing daily living skills, and a community-focused setting. 

 To be considered for shared housing, applicants should meet the following basic requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old
   
• Be independent and not require assistance with daily living activities
   
• Be capable of living respectfully within a shared community setting
   
• Have a stable source of income
